Kwara Pillar of Sports Congratulates Super Eagles’ win over Sudan

Kwara Pillar of Sports and former Chairman of Kwara United, Prince Thompson Oladimeji has extended his warm congratulatory message to the victorious Super Eagles over their 3-1 victory over Sudan on Saturday in the on 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON in Garoua, Cameroon.
Goals from Samuel Chukwueze, Taiwo Awoniyi and Moses Simon ensured Sudan only got a consolation with a second half penalty.
With six points in two matches, Nigeria join hosts Cameroon and Morocco to the knockout stage of the competition.
In his message to the team, Prince Oladimeji praised the team for their improved performance just as he charged the Eagles to continue to make Nigeria proud.
“Weldone to the Super Eagles, they make us proud with their improved game and I want to urge them to continue to put smiles on our faces.
“The boys are representing over 200 million Nigerians, they should continue with the hard work, I am greatly happy we are back with the winning style.”
The Patron of Kwara Beach Soccer and CEO Henry George Group called for improvement as the team aim to win her 4th Africa Cup of Nations.
Nigeria will be playing their next match against Guinea Bissau on Wednesday.
The Super Eagles claim the win over the Pharaohs in opening group game thanks to a goal from Kelechi Iheanacho.
