The Chief Executive Officer of one of the leading Real Estate agents in Kwara State, Quick Access Company, Yinka Bolatito Ojo, has revealed how his outfit is ready to partner both government and individual to reduce drastically the housing deficits in the country.

Ojo disclosed this while speaking with journalists during a special end of the year rewards and award dinner put together by the organization to conclude its financial year ending 2022/2023 operational year which runs between April to March of every year. The special event was held at Arca Santa hall, Ilorin, Thursday.
Quick Access from years past, has continued to put smiles on the faces of the people and giving hope to those who never believed they could own a property through its systematic, convenient and easy means of payment that often spread across years.

While speaking on the agenda of the company in the coming year, Ojo disclosed that the organization is ready to be more visible in its operation in and around the country with more branches set to be open. Another projection of the company is the plan to have a private estate fully funded and put together by Quick Access Company, which is hope to be completed in the next 36 months.
In achieving the estate projection, the CEO called on all and sundry to partner with the organization so as to beat down the mountainous frame of housing deficit in the country.
The modest and very charming CEO, recounted how he rose from a very humble background to become a real estate manager with lands in over 74 locations in Nigeria, including Offa, Osogbo, Akure, Lagos, Kogi, Kwara, Abuja and Ibadan.

Some of the highlights of the event was bestowing awards to members of staff and some stakeholders present. Another highlight was when about six members of the staff were upgraded into the status of directors in the company.
This particular aspect of the event brought tears down the cheeks of all those that benefited because they were caught unawares.

Earlier, Pastor (Dr) Omotosho Ayotunde of Common Wealth of Zion, Ilorin branch, has charged guests to put God first in whatever they do quoting psalm that except the Lord build a house, the builder builds in vain and except the Lord watches the City, the watchman watches in vain.
The yearly event was rounded off with the cutting of special cake made for the occasion. Ojo, his wife, the newly decorated directors and selected stakeholders jointly cut the cake.
