Saraki Condoles with Akogun Family in Oke-Ode, Describes Alhaji Abdulrauf’s Demise Painful

President of the 8th Senate, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has commiserated with the family of Alhaji Abdulrauf Akogun, the Chief Akogun of Oke-Ode, one of the elders of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kwara State.
Saraki also condoled with the wives, children, family members, and the entire people of Ifelodun LGA over the painful demise of their loved one.
Saraki in a condolence message signed by his Press Officer on Local Matters, Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir, and made available to newsmen in Ilorin, described the death of Alhaji Abdulrauf Akogun as shocking, painful, and devastating.
The Waziri Ngeri of Ilorin Emirate stated that the deceased was a pious and dedicated Muslim who served his Lord diligently. He also described the late Chief Akogun as a strong member of the Saraki political family not only in Ifelodun LGA but also in Kwara. Alhaji Akogun served with commitment and dedication to the development of his community in Oke-Ode, and the state.
He prayed Almighty Allah forgives his shortcomings and grants him a place in Aljannah Firdaus while also giving the family and loved ones he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
