Hajia Saadat Gidado, Ex SSG Gold’s Mother-in-law, Dies In Ilorin, Buried

Hajia Saadat Ayoka Gidado, mother-in-law to the former Secretary to the Kwara State government, Alhaji Sola Ishaq Gold is dead.
Hajia Gidado passed away at her residence in Singini Compound, Okekere, Ilorin West Local Government Area on Saturday morning.
She was 98.
Hajia Saadat, a pillar of strength and wisdom within her family, was survived by her daughter Hajia Khadijat Kuburat, who is married to the former SSG, Sola Gold, children and grand-children.
Her burial took place on Saturday according to Islamic rites at the Siginni Compound in Okekere.
The funeral prayer was led by Ajanasi Agba of Ilorin, Imam Bature
The burial ceremony attracted a gathering of distinguished individuals, showcasing the deep respect held for Hajia Saadat. Among those present were, Former Grand Khadi, Sharia Court of Appeal, Justice Idris Haroon, former Chief of Staff to Governor Ahmed, Alhaji Babatunde Abdulwahab, Managing Director, National Pilot Newspaper, Alhaji Billy Adedamola, Former Chief Press Secretary to Bukola Saraki, Alhaji Mas’ud Adebimpe, Former MD, National Pilot, Mallam Abdulrahman Yunus, Retired Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Tunde Sidiq, former member Kwara State House of Assembly, Hon. Moshood Bakare, DG Mandate, Alhaji Musa Abdullahi, Special Adviser to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, Alhaji Saa’dudeen Salaudeen, retired director, Bureau of Lands, Alhaji Tunde Abdulraheem, Prof. Kayode Adams of Unilorin, IEDPU Elder, Alhaji Tijani Orisankoko among many others.
Hajia Saadat Ayoka Gidado’s legacy will be cherished by her family and the wider community, who remember her for her unwavering dedication to her loved ones and her role as a guiding figure in their lives. Her passing is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
