While the events lasted, five months old, Leroy was the cynosure of all eyes as he looked radiant on a T-shirt and a pair of jeans. Many present thought little Leroy was of European or American descent but unknown to them he hails from Koko in Ifelodun Local Government Area of the state.
Among the admirers of Leroy was the Head of Service, Mrs Susan Dupe Oluwole who cuddled him for about 30 minutes. But when it was time for her to leave, little Leroy held tight to the garment of HoS, like they have known each other for ages and for a few minutes, he refused entreaties by other guests to carry him.
