Some customers of Fidelity Bank, Ibrahim Taiwo road branch on Tuesday were left confused as the entrance and the exit doors malfunctioned.
It was observed that the indicators on the door; the green light buttons did not come on, thus preventing customers outside from gaining entrance into the banking hall.
It took intervention of the security personnel who later operated the door manually for seamless movement in and out of the bank.
