What to do

Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and add 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice

Soak your (clean) knuckles in the mix for about 15 minutes

Baking Soda

What to do

Set aside a bowl of warm water and add half a teaspoon of baking soda

Soak your knuckles in the solution making sure they are submerged in the water

Leave this in for about 5-7 minutes at a time

Gently pat dry and repeat weekly for results.
