Customers of United Bank for Africa, Unity branch have continued to groan over what they described as epileptic service rendered by the Automated Teller machines.
On the spot assessment on Monday between 9:30am and 11am revealed that only one ATM point out of three machines installed at the bank was dispensing cash.
Over 20 frustrated customers were seen waiting patiently for their turn while others were seen crossing to Zenith Bank, which is adjacent to make transaction at the bank’s ATM points. When contacted, one of the staff at the Customers Relations Unit (name withheld) simply said work was ongoing on the machines to make them function effectively.
This medium equally observed that the bank’s ATMs at the Ibrahim Taiwo road branch stop dispensing cash as from 7pm on daily basis.
