Imam Imale charges Muslims on good deeds

The Imam Imale of Ilorin, Alhaji Abdullahi Abdulhameed, has tasked Muslims to embark on good deeds adding that death may come calling anytime.
He added that Muslims should remember death in all their activities stressing that every deed will be accounted for on the day of judgement.
Abdulhameed gave the charge during the fidau of Alhaja Fatimah Abdulqadir, mother of ex-National Pilot staff and the Public Relations Officer of Kwara State Polytechnic, Yunus Abdulqudir on Friday at Agbaji, Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
He urged the children of the deceased to unite and build on the foundation laid by their mother.
Also speaking, Ustaz Azeez Al-Hariry during his sermon charged Muslims not to waste time doing ungodly things adding that they should devote time to serve Allah.
“Muslims should prepare for death at anytime and they must at all times engage in Godly acts.”
Speaking with our reporter, the first son of the deceased, Mallam Yunus Abdulkadir described his mother as a very cheerful woman and a philanthropist of repute.
“My mother before her demise asked us to unite and be good to one another.”
Late Fatimah Abdulquadir who died at the age of 85 is survived by seven children and grandchildren among them are Rafat, Hafsat, Hassanat, Hassan, Maryam and Modinat Abdulquadir.
