GTB customers locked out in Ilorin

Customers of Guaranty Trust Bank,  Unity  branch were yesterday locked out because of the large number of customers that stormed the bank premises to make various transactions.
Our reporter who was at the bank at about 1pm observed that the banking hall was filled to capacity, thus making crowd control herculean for the security.
Findings by Pilot Business revealed  that customers could not make transactions via the Automated Teller Machine due to poor network, thus some of them resorted to make withdrawals over the counter.
The customers that were locked out had to wait for those inside to complete their transaction before they had their turn.
However, observation have shown that ATM of other banks like Access bank  also suffered epileptic services.
Customers who were predominantly corps members, who came to withdraw their monthly allowances were  frustrated as the four ATMs did not dispense cash  around 1pm.
