UBA customers decry poor ATM service

Customers of United Bank Africa at Ibrahim Taiwo road have continued to groan over what they described as poor service of the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
Pilot Business observed that only one ATM point out of three at the bank was dispensing between 10am andย 11am on Tuesday.
Over 30 customers were seen hanging around the area in anticipation that the service would get better and they would be able to carry out their transaction.
Some other customers moved to other banks in the area to try their luck.
When contacted over the development, one of the staff at the customers care unit (names withheld) simply said work was ongoing on the ATMs for it to function effectively.
This medium equally observed that most ATMs of banks along both Ibrahim Taiwo road and Unity area within the metropolis stop functioning as from 7pm on daily basis.
