In this interview with JIMOH SULYMAN, She shared her most memorable moment in Court. Excerpt.

My most dramatic moment in Court was during my service year, three of us who were corp members along with two of our senior colleagues were to appear before the most feared Judge in the Kwara High Court so, we rehearsed and perfected our cases before the day.

Being the most junior and having witnessed all other cases had ridden us of whatever confidence we’ve managed to gather because we have witnessed enough happenings while waiting our turn.

While we were trying to cheer each other up we suddenly heard one of our names, the person that was called exclaimed, ‘What!? out loud unconsciously.

It was so sudden and she was nervous and shaking, we were too.

The judge just asked her why did she studied law? And she said it was her father’s wish that she is a makeup artist, the judge further enquire about her wig and gown price and she kept on confessing she said N370,000.

So the judge scolded her for wasting her time when she knows that she does not like to practice, at the end of the day, she couldn’t do her case and we equally sought for another date because everybody was disoriented already.

We were just congratulating each other that we were able to survive the day.
