Challenges: Nigeria’ll be great again – Kwara HOS

 

Nigerians have again been charged to have strong faith and belief that the country will be great despite the current challenges.
The Kwara State Head of Service, Mrs Dupe Oluwole gave the charge on Saturday while speaking at the sixth Joint Christmas Carol Service of the state owned media houses held at the premises of Radio Kwara, Ilorin.
Oluwole called on the people to be positive minded and work for the progress of the state and the nation.
The Head of Service expressed strong belief that Jesus Christ is the answer and solution to all the problems affecting the nation and the entire world.
She called on the people to be firm, dedicated and honest in whatever they do to ensure the greatness of the state and the nation.
Oluwole commended the organisers of the carol for a job well done, urging them not to be deterred and serve God diligently.
The Head of Service โ€Žcalled on Christians to be good example through their actions, utterances and behaviors.
Speaking on the theme โ€œThe Everlasting Fatherโ€, the Immediate Past National President of Nigeria Academic of Neuro-Surgical Surgeon, Professor Adefolarin Malomo called on Christians to let the glory of God shine in their lives.
Professor Malomo who is a Venerableย  implored Nigerians to be agent of positive change to theย  nation.
The Guest Speakerย  charged leaders to rule with the fear of God and look unto God for solutions to the challenges affecting the country.
The carol service featured rendition of Christmas songs by various choirs and was attended by eminent personalities within the state, including representatives of the state Deputy Governor, Special Adviser to the Governor on Special Duties, Evangelist Mrs Felicia Faremi, permanent secretaries including that of Information and Communications, Dr Rhoda Ajiboye; Political, Cabinet and Special Service, Elder David Adesina and that of Ministry of Justice, Barrister Funsho Lawal, clergymen and captains of Industries.
