The new blockbuster, The Bridge, produced by Kwara’s Lasun Ray and directed by Kwara’s Kunle Afolayan, premiered in Lagos yesterday.
Not surprising, Kwara Stakeholders stormed Silver bird galleria , Victoria Island, venue of the exclusive screening.
Leading Team Kwara was the Honourable Minister of Information and Culture, Alh. Lai Mohammed, ably supported by Princess Funke Adedoyin(member , Federal House of Representatives), former Kwara State Commissionerย ย for Information, Alhaji Raheem Adedoyinย ย s well as Femi ‘Jelili’ Adebayo , Gov. Abdulfatah’s Special Assistant on Culture.
The film was shot in Kwara and the scenery showcases the state of harmony very well.
It is a tragic love film, depicting the clash of tradition and modernity.
