UBA customers groan over epileptic ATM service

Customers of United Bank Africa, Unity branch have continued to groan over what they described an epileptic service rendered by the Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) .
On the spot assessment by our reporter on Wednesday between 9:30am and 11am precisely revealed that only one ATM point out of three machines installed at the bank was dispensing.
Over 20 customers were seen waiting in anticipation that the machine would function well. Some others out of frustration crossed to nearby Zenith bank to make transaction via ATM.
However, a staff of the bank said the issue was being addressed.
This medium has equally observed that most ATM of banks on both Ibrahim Taiwo and Unity roads within the metropolis stop functioning at 7pm on daily basis.
