How to use banana as feet moisturizer

 

Banana’s are crucial to our daily survival, especially if you are a fit fam and aside that, banana peels are good for whitening your teeth and can moisturise your feet.

The inside of each banana peel is packed with amino acid and a bunch of vitamins like A,B,C and E that help to soften and soothe itchy and dry skin.

Banana pulp foot mask: Banana is a great moisturiser and trying out a foot scrub using a banana would fetch you maximum result.

Ingredients:

Banana- 1

Lukewarm water- as required

Method:

Take a banana and mash it with a fork and apply the pulp to your feet.

Wait for 15 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water.

You can also add pulp of half avocado to the banana.
