Christians urged to fear God

The General Overseer of the New Life Holy Trinity Chapel, Gaa-Akanbi, Ilorin, Kwara State, Pastor ldowu Constain has challenged Nigerians to let the fear of God be their watchword.
He gave the charge in his sermon during a Sunday service held at the church auditorium recently.
Similarly, in his sermon, Pastor Ola-Olu Adeyemo called on Christians to be steadfast and be focus in their worship of the most high God to overcome the challenges of life.
Pastor Adeyemo made the call in his sermon delivered at the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Ilorin District Headquarters recently.
The Cleric who spoke on the theme โpower for exploitsโ charged them to be faithful and serve God wholeheartedly all the times.
He urged Christians to be prayerful and belief strongly in the power of Jesus Christ to turn things around for better.
Pastor Adeyemo prayed for positive change in the life of the people and the Nation.
Speaking on the theme: โAcceptable Worship To Godโ Reverend Joseph Agboluaje of Second ECWA Shao charged Christians to worship God in spirit and in truth.
Reverend Agboluaje mentioned six things God hates in worship which include worship other god with Him, act of disobedience to His divine order, worship with lips and not with heart, the kind of dress code that fit not His presence and anyhow worship which was not acceptable to God.
Pastor Taiye Aransiola of United Evangelical Miracle Church, off Yidi road, Ilorin who spoke on the topic โfit for destiny fulfillmentโ noted that God wants His people to be fit to win the battle of life and fulfill our destiny.
Pastor Aransiola urged Christians to be spiritually, mentally, economically, emotionally and morally fit to win the battle of life.
Prophet Peter Kolawole Williams of C. A. C Faith Chapel along Asa-dam road, Ilorin emphasised the need for Christians to emulate Jesus Christ in their way of life.
In his message at the on-going annual beginning of the year prayer programme, entitled โgood morning Jesusโ, Prophetess Cecilia lbrahim of C & S Church Olorun-lsadi, Gaa-lmam implored Christians to look unto God for divine upliftment as the Alpha and Omega of our faith.
Also, Pastor Aremu Abioye of the Ark of God Covenant Faith Bible Ministry, Amayo warned faithfuls against hate speeches urging them to let their utternce be holy at all times.
