Imbibe spirit of forgiveness to foster peace – Cleric to Nigerians

Nigerians especially Christians have again been charged to imbibe spirit of forgiveness to ensure peace and stability of the society and the nation at large.
A Cleric, Pastor Isaac Oluwole gave the charge yesterday in his sermon delivered at the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Ilorin District Headquarters.
Pastor Oluwole who spoke on the theme ‘Forgiving one another’ attributed most of the bad feeling, behaviour and characters to lack of forgiveness on the part of the people.
The Cleric called on the people to always forgive, accommodate one another, and shortcoming in all circumstances.
Also in his message, Reverend Idowu Ibitoye of Unity Baptist Church Off Unity road, Ilorin admonished Nigerian leaders to focus on the development of the nation to make life bearable for the masses.
Reverend Ibitoye who is the Secretary of the state Christians Association of Nigeria (CAN) advised the political class not to see politics and elections as a do-or- die affairs.
Reverend James Adedoyin of ECWA, Ita-Elepa, Ilorin in his message titled “With Jesus, there is hope” called on Christians to rely on God no matter the circumstances and tribulations as God always bring hope out of any tragedy.
Reverend Adedoyin advised them to change their ways and be upright.
Speaking on theTopic “Before you become old”, Pastor Taiye Aransiola of the United Evangelical Miracle Church Off Yidi road, Ilorin urged Christians to seek genuine repentance and complete dedication of their life to Jesus Christ.
Pastor Aransiola called on them to purge themselves totally of every bitterness, grudges, unforgivenes and decide to walk in love with all people for the rest of their life.
The Cleric implored the people strive to leave a good legacy behind.
Pastor Aremu Abioye of thr Ark of God Covenant Faith Bible Ministry, Amayo charged Christians to serve God wholeheartdly through praising to enable Him have His way in their life.
Reverend Joshua Afemi Asonibare of Second ECWA, Omu-Aran who dwelled on the topic “God is good” called on Christians to worship God wholeheartedly to enjoy the goodness of God.
Prophet Femi Emmanuel of the Agbara Olorun lgbani wasibe Worldwide international, Gbagede cautioned Chrstians against act that are inimical to the gospel and exhibit good habit.
Prophet Peter Oladipo of the C &S Movement Church, lpetu-lgbomina appealed to Chrstians to pray fevently for their leaders forย  God divine direction in piloting the affairs of nation.
