He however shares with our JUDICIARY CORRESPONDENT, KAYODE ADEOTI, his mostย unforgettable day in court as a legal practitioner. Except:ย

My unforgettable moment in court happened when I was still fresh at the Bar. I was to meet my principal in court that very day because we were coming from different directions.
At the time I got to the court, I was already late, I met lawyers sitted, however, I walked in assuming the judge was on seat so I bowed for him. Surprisingly, I got to where I will sit before realising that I had bowed for an empty chair. I felt a bit embarrassed but the lesson there was that I had to be in court early henceforth to avoid such mistake. Some of the lawyers that noticed my mistake laughed, though some didn’t even notice me. But personally, I was not happy due to the fact that I was late to court.
