A train yesterday crushed a Police Inspector, Phillips Kolo, and a commercial motorcycle operator, popularly known as Okey, to death in PWD area of Lagos State as they made to cross the rail track.
According to findings, Kolo is of the Inspector General of Police Monitoring Unit and was in Lagos on assignment.
The okada rider was said to regularly take Kolo around whenever he is in Lagos.
The okada rider stepped on the rail track despite shouts by passerby attempting to stop him.
The development was confirmed by the spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command, Chike Oti.
Oti who described Kolo as a hard working officer.
