12 Nigerian celebrities who welcomed babies in 2018

In the midst of all the drama that took place in 2018, the year was still quite great for a lot of Nigerian celebrities. Some got married to their partners while others welcomed their bundles of joy. Here is a list of some of Nigerian celebrities who gave birth before the end of the year.
1. Actress Aisha Lawal (Girl): On Friday, November 30, congratulatory messages started rolling in for Yoruba actress, Aisha Lawal, after she welcomed her first baby in the United States (US). The new mother shared a post on her Instagram page, announcing that she welcomed her bundle of joy and both her and the baby are doing very well.
2. Actress Yvonne Jegede-Fawole (Boy): On Thursday, November 1, celebrity couple Yvonne Jegede and Abounce Fawole welcomed their first baby in London. The new mother, shared a post on social media announcing the blessing gained in her family. She also penned down a sweet love note to her baby and expressed joy of being a new mother.
3. Singer Naomi Mac (Girl): Nigerian singer Naomi Mac and husband, Frank Paladini on Wednesday, October 17, welcomed their baby girl a year after they walked down the aisle in Lagos. The happy mother has taken to her Instagram handle to share beautiful pictures of her baby girl, Arabella Paladini Legit.ng earlier reported that Naomi Mac and Frank Paladini on Thursday, July 6, had their church wedding in Lagos. On the same day Naomi and her sweetheart also had their court wedding at the famous Ikoyi Registry, Lagos.
4. OAP Toolz Oniru-Demuren: Nigerian media personality, Tolu Oniru, better known as Toolz, has reportedly welcomed her first child with her husband, Captain Tunde Demuren. According to reports the child was delivered in the United Kingdom. It was earlier alleged that Toolz had suffered a miscarriage. The speculations started in 2017 after the couple announced that they were expecting a child but after a while nothing was said about it.
5. Singer DiโJa (Girl): On Friday, March 9, Nigerian singer DiโJa welcomed her second baby. She was able to conceal her pregnancy from prying eyes as none of her fans had a clue that she was expecting another baby. She announced the arrival of her baby girl on Instagram. Diโja on Monday, March 12, shared a picture of her mum carrying her newborn baby girl and her son on Instagram. It could be recalled that she got married to her sweetheart, Rotimi, in 2015 and the couple welcomed their first baby in 2016.
6. Comedian Koffi (Girl): Nigerian comedian Koffi and his beautiful wife also welcomed their bundle of joy. The comedian took to his Instagram handle to share the exciting news with his friends and fans. However, Koffi refused to reveal the gender of his baby at first but six months after, he shared cute pictures of his baby girl.
7. Actress Joke Jigan (Boy): Yoruba actress Joke Jigan, but popularly known as Oluwajokelet, has announced the arrival of her first child with her husband. Sharing the good news with her fans and friends on social media, Joke used the opportunity to thank her fellow actress, Toyin Abraham, for visiting her at the hospital as well as giving her a gift.
8. Actress Queen Wokoma (Boy): Pretty Nollywood diva Queen Wokoma and husband recently welcomed their bouncing baby boy. The excited new mother shared the photo on social media and revealed that the bay is her little piece of heaven. The couple got married in September 2017.

12. Comedian Teju Babyface (Twins): Ace Nigerian comedian Teju Babyface has every reason to be grateful in 2018 after he welcomed a set of twins with his darling wife, Tobi, in April. The excited father shared a photo of his twin babies on social media, announcing the new blessing he and his wife have welcomed in their family.
