Banky W has continued to show God so much appreciation for his speedy recovery from skin cancer surgery.
The music star took to his Twitter page on Friday, November 10, 2017, where he wrote his sincere thanks to God and also thanked everyone for their love and support.
“Thanks for all the love. I’m sooo grateful. I’m back on my feet thank God. Surgery was a month ago and I’m in the clear, so just thank God for me,” he tweeted.
On Thursday, November 9, 2017, fans and lovers of Banky W where shocked when the music icon released pictures of his just-concluded cancer surgery.
“For those who’ve been wondering why I’ve been away so long..I had my 3rd surgery on a rare strain of skin cancer tumours in my shoulder last month. The first two times were over 10 years ago, then it recently resurfaced. But this isn’t a sad story as much as it is a reminder, and a testimony.
This is coming as he prepares for the release of the sequel of the blockbuster movie, “The Wedding Party”. Also, he would be preparing for his upcoming wedding to the beautiful Adesua Etomi who has been by his side all through his time at his hospital.

Days after popular singer, Banky W revealed on his Instagram page that he underwent cancer surgery and shared is recovery story, His Imperial Majesty, the Oluwo of Iwo, Emperor Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu 1 has offered special prayers for him.
The king took to his Instagram page to say a prayer for the singer. In his words, the king prayed that his sins be forgiven and all his sickness, sorrow and pains come to afflict him instead.
โI decree today that all the sins that make you to go through all these surgeries and sickness should be forgiven, all the spirits that causes the cancer, pain, sorrow, sickness and all what brings you down at the height of your career which keeps reappearing every time should come and afflict me !! Today, you are now free of any reoccurrence of all these afflictions and it is hereby substituted with good health, new glory and successful life that brings happiness than ever before imagined in your life, all these I decreed with the power no one can question (ASE KABI O KOSI) !!!!!โ
