Customers of First Bank PLC, Unity branch has commended the management over the redesigned deposit slip for ease of transaction.
The new teller as observed by Pilot Business has only one column to be filled by the customer as against the double column of the old one.
Most of the customers who spoke to our reporter said the development has made transaction faster as much time is not spent on filling the form.
A bank official also confirmed that the management redesigned the deposit slip to make transaction less drudgery.
