Popular Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage made Nigeria and Africans proud after she won the award for Best African Act at the 2018 MTV Europe Music Awards.
The singer had thanked her son, Jamil and record label boss, Don Jazzy while accepting her award.
The award had taken place on Sunday, November 4, at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Spain.
After her win, Wizkid took to his Instagram page to congratulate his alleged best friend and mother of one on her win at the 2018 MTV Europe Music Awards. He wrote: “Yes!! #no1Africanbadgyal!! God bless ya! Congratulations.”
