Payporte alleged sponsor of BB Naija 2018 owing Staff
Payporte, one of the official sponsors of the ongoing BBNaija 2018 reality show has been discovered to be owing some of its staff and former employees.
There have been claims by the former staff of the organisation that the reason behind this is due to the lavish spending of the CEO, Eyo Bassey, and also the money Payporte spends in funding the BB Naija reality show.
To assert their claims, former employees have taken to opening a Twitter handle with the sole aim of exposing the dark side of the organisation.
The Twitter handle @ex_payporte_sff has been releasing evidence against the owner, Eyo Bassey and the organisation itself, seeking justice for the staff who are bearing the brunt of it all.
Apart from sponsoring reality TV show BB Naija, worth over 350,000,000 naira, they also sponsor AY Live, Nigeria Football Federation.
The workers alleged that, “Salaries have not been paid since November last year. For our Pension, 8% employee contribution is being deducted monthly but not remitted, same for the employer’s statutory 10% pension contribution. #BBNaija #JusticeForPayPorteStaff. We seek justice from PayPorte and its CEO, Eyo Bassey.”
Leo gives reasons why he was evicted
Recently evicted Big Brother Naija Housemate, Leo,has shared his thoughts on why he was kicked out of the house by Nigerians.
Recall that Leo, was on Sunday evicted alongside his strategic partner, Ifu Ennada after having the lowest vote.
Leo, however, claimed his eviction might not be unconnected with his pair, winning the Pepsi Roc Da Mat challenge and the Heritage bank Challenge.
According to him viewers of the reality show did not vote โLifuโ because they felt they won two challenges and should rather vote others who are yet to win anything.
Speaking to African Magic, Leo said:โEviction was inevitable for us because we won the Pepsi and Heritage bank challenge.I mean we have a VVIP ticket, capital, money in the bankโ.
Ex-housemate Khloe denies mocking Alex over Leo’s eviction
On Tuesday, a video went viral of BB Naija 2018 ex-housemates Leo and Khloe laughing atย Alex when she broke down in tearsย after Leo got evicted from the house.
Now the two have reacted to the video, giving their reasons behind the jest, calling it a friendly mimicking and nothing more.
Khloe wrote:โSo I woke up to a video online with a caption that I was mocking Alex last night.. really, that video was just me demonstrating how Alex was crying and it’s not what you called it. I love to mimic people a lot and I always do in the house.
“I mean no harm and I wish you all saw the full clips of the video. Alex is forever my baby and there is no bad blood here.

Just after evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Leo reacted to a video on social media which called him out for reportedly mocking Alex who was crying because he left the house, disqualified Big Brother Naija housemate, Khloe, has also reacted to the viral video.
According to Khloe who further revealed that the three strikes that led to her disqualification alongside her strategic partner K.Brule was caused by the latter, she loves to mimic people and always did that while stillย in the house.
She wrote: “I was disqualified because of my pair and you guys know about it. In case you guys didnโt see the full clips too. Kbrule actually poured me pepper and called me a bastard, that’s why I replied like that. Those strikes are not mine. So why always trying to bring me down and call me what I am not? Disqualified because of my pair strikes doesn’t make me a loser. I didn’t steal, didn’t kill or violate the rules. I was paired to someone who led us back home. Have a lovely day my loversโ
I may end my relationship with Miracle, Nina discloses
Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate, Nina has hinted on the possibility of ending her relationship with fellow housemate, Miracle.
Nina, who was trying to console Alex, following the eviction of her romantic partner, Leo, said its time for her to start โdetachingโ from Miracle.
According to Nina, it would be difficult for her to cope if Miracle is evicted from the show.
Chatting with Alex, Nina said:โI don’t want to be in this your situation let me start detaching from Miracle. God knows my own might be worse.
โWhen I came here initially, I couldn’t get over my boyfriend, face the reality that I’m here talk more of someone I have been with back to back for weeks, God knows I don’t want to be in this situation.โ
Recall that Nina had on Sunday declared that Miracle is one of her priorities in the ongoing reality television show.
Simi set for BBNaij eviction show on Sunday
Multiple award winning singer, Simi is all set to perform at the ongoing Big Brother Naija eviction show on Sunday.
The leading Nigerian singer will serenade guests and viewers of the reality show with her incredible voice; she is expected to dish out hits from her repertoire of great singles off her sophomore album โ SIMISOLA.
Simi would join the list of some other Nigerian artistes who had performed at the BBN house including Praiz, Dr. Sid and Ycee.
