Kwara Boxing inaugurates new exco

 

The Kwara State Boxing Association has inaugurated the new executive
that will run the affairs of the Referees/Judges Association in the
next five years.
The President of the Nigeria Referees/Judges Association, Elder Joseph
Osewa after sworn-in the new executive on Sunday at the Indoor Sports
Hall of the Kwara Stadium Complex Ilorin charged them to be
disciplined and be a good ambassador of the association.
Speaking earlier, the Kwara State Director of Sports Coach Tunde
Kazeem who was represented by Reverend S.O. Owoeye urged the new
judges to updates their knowledge on the latest rules and regulations
of the boxing game.
The new Chairman of the R and J in the state Wale Obalola while
commending the national officials for their support also promised to
produce a discipline executive.
Other members of executive are Afolabi Olatoke Vice Chairman, Sadiq
Suleiman Sabonkudi Financial Secretary, Ashaju Folashade General
Secretary, Akenroye S. Taiwo and Nurudeen Abdulkadir as auditor.
