The National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives ( NANNM) Kwara State Chapter will be holding its 2019 Nurses Week Celebration/Scientific Workshop in Ilorin on Tuesday (tomorrow) .
This is contained in a statement by the state Chairman of the association, Comrade Joseph Ademola Adekanye and made available to this medium.
Head of Community Health Department Kwara State University, Dr Khadijat Musa, who will be ย the keynote speaker, is expected to deliver lecture on the theme ‘Nurses: A voice to lead health for all’.
The state Governor, Alh Abdulrahman AbdulRasaq ย will be ย the Special Guest and the Emir of Ilorin, Alh. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari as the Royal Father of the Day.
Others expected at the event include the state Head of Service, Mrs. Susan Modupe Oluwole as special guest and the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health, Dr. (Mrs) Rhoda Ajiboye as Chairperson of the occasion among others.
