KWSCOHT OFFA pledges support to SUG

 

The management of Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa has
pledged to support the Students Union Government (SUG) with the aim of
repositioning the institution.
According to a statement issued by the Provost of the institution,
Mallam Abdulrauf Aliyu Alabi, the assurance was given by the school’s
Registrar, Mr. Jimoh Salman Ayinde during an interactive session with
SUG executives in his office, recently.
He said the management of the college is poised to reposition the
institution for better performance, adding that stakeholders have all
contributed immensely to the development strides recorded in the
school in recent time.
He noted that the college has been overcoming some ofย  challenges
confronting it in order to pave way for a vintage position for the
school to better serve its teeming prospective students across the
nation.
He said, โ€œNow that the college has taken its rightful position in the
comity of Health Technology Institutions in the country, there is
nothing to be afraid of with a capable management under the able
leadership of highly cerebrally endowed Mallam Abdulrauf Aliyu Alabi
and brilliant academic staff, the fortunes of the college is
guaranteed nationwide.”
Ayinde lauded the outgoing SUG executives for keeping abiding faith
with the college management, assuring that the needs of students will
receive quick intervention from the school authority at all times.
He then admonished them to always be good ambassadors of the school
and shun vices that could mar their future
โ€œYou are the future leaders of this great country, you must always
conduct yourself with morals and high standards, hereby confirming the
ethics you have imbibed in this college and at all times, you should
remain a distinction in learning and character to Kwara State College
of Health Technology, Offaโ€.
The Registrar advised the students to face their studies squarely as
that is their primary assignment on campus and they should shun vices
and be disciplined at all times.
He further said that the existing relationship amongย  the management,
staff, lecturers and students is very encouraging, robust and healthy.
