The forum of ex-members of the Kwara State House of Assembly under the
banner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has felicitated with Sen.
Rafiu Ibrahim as he recently turned 52.
The group in a message jointly signed by Hon Abraham Ashaolu and Hon
Isiaka Mogaji, the Chairman and Secretary respectively particularly
appreciate Sen. Ibrahim for his human capital development through
award of scholarships to indigent students from Kwara South and women
and youths empowerment.
The statement reads; “We members of the Forum of former members of the
Kwara State House of Assembly under the banner of the PDP felicitate
with Sen. Rafiu Ibrahim as he clocks 52.
“A man who made selflessness and philanthropy activities seem like
natural part of legislation. Obviously, his accomplishments in human
capital development through award of scholarship to deserving indigent
students from Kwara South Senatorial District, which he represented
very well; various women and youths empowerment programmes through
various employment schemes, community support projects and numerous
philanthropic activities, deserves to be celebrated.”
