Kwara VGN goes spiritual as Ilorin born police officer promoted CP

The vigilante Group of Nigeria, Kwara state command, on Monday prayed for an Ilorin-born police officer, Yaradua Yahaya who was promoted to the post of Commissioner of Police.
The prayer was held at the vigilante headquarters where every member of the group from the 16 local governments in Kwara State attended.
Describing the newly promoted officer, the state chairman of vigilante, Alhaji Ibrahim Jimoh said he is a very good officer who always used his office to help the vigilante group.
In his remark, Yahaya urged the vigilante not to relent in crime fighting in the state adding that they should continue working with police wherever they go for out for their operations.
He tasked the member of the vigilante to work with fear of God in carrying their duty.
The event also featured prayers from Christians and traditional worshipers.
