A popular Nigerian event planner, Ibidun Ighodalo, is dead.
A source close to the family confirmed her death on Sunday.
The deceased, who was the wife of Ituah Ighodalo, a cleric and founder of Trinity House, passed on after a brief illness.
A former beauty queen, Mrs Ighodalo won the Miss Lux title, over a decade ago.
Mrs Ighodaloโs family later confirmed her death in a statement made available newsmen.
It read, โThe Ighodalo and Olaleye Ajayi families are deeply saddened to announce the sudden loss of our beloved wife and daughter Mrs. Ibidunni Ituah-Ighodalo who passed away in the early hours of today.
โAs you will understand, this is a difficult time for our families and we will appreciate some privacy during this time. All information on burial proceedings will be provided in due courseโ.
