Nigeria Beach soccer honours Oladimeji Thompson with award of excellence

The Abuja Beach Soccer and Nigeria Beach Soccer Stakeholders Forum over the weekend in Ilorin Honoured the Patron of the Kwara State Beach Soccer Board, Prince Oladimeji Thompson for his Contributions towards the development of the Game .
Presenting the Award on behalf of the forum, the Chairman of the Kwara State Beach Soccer Board, Alhaji Abdullateef Adedeji said the award is meant to appreciate and recognise the unflinching support of the CEO Henry George Hotels and Industry, Prince Oladimeji Thompson.
Adedeji pointed out that the game of beach soccer is a global phenomenon which must be supported by corporate organisations, individuals and stakeholders to guarantee it’s sustainability.
Responding, the Patron of Kwara Beach Soccer and Awardee, Prince Oladimeji Thompson, commended the Beach Soccer Stakeholders Forum for the honour and promised to continue encouraging potential beach soccer players in the state to fully develop their career in the game.
He stressed that the game has come to stay, hence the need for all and sundry to support and consolidate it’s existence.
In his goodwill Message, the chairman of the Kwara State football Association, Mallam Abdullahi Idris applauded the giant strides of the Kwara Beach Soccer Board for their achievements within the short period of time, stressing that Kwara FA will continue to support the board in achieving their lineup programmes.
The Director of Football, ABS FC, Alloy Chukwuemeka Saluted the efforts of the Kwara Board of Beach Soccer for their Zeal and determination in developing the game in the State, noting that the board must not relent in taking the game from the grassroots to the national and even international as Sky is their starting point.
