Abdulrazaq has restored Kwarans faith – Kogi Community

The leadership style of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State has been attributed to his mission toward implementing new policy that would reposition the state towards sustenance of good governance.
The Aguma of Bassa Community in the State, Aguma Daniel Zhokwo made this known while responding to questions from our reporters over the achievements recorded within one year in office of the Governor.
He noted with delight that since his inception no stone has been left unturned in the development of the state
Zhokwo added that his agenda has restored the people’s faith in democratic governance and urged other states governors across the country to emulate him and spread the dividends of democracy to the common man.
The community head also acknowledged the chairman Kwara State Traditional Council and Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari for his fatherly role which had set the state on the path of progress. He rejoiced with the monarch on his recent 80th year’s birthday as well as the mother of the Governor, Hajia Raliat Amope Abdulrazaq who celebrate her 90th birthday.
He however called on the state government to give his people sense of belonging through extension of basic amenities, financial assistance among others and pledged his community’s total support to the present government in the state.
Meanwhile, the Aguma of Bassa Community in Kwara State, Aguma Daniel Zhokwo has identified initiating people’s friendly programmes by the public officeholders across the state as the only way to restore their faith in democratic governance.
According to him, this has become necessary to make them more relevant to their immediate communities through creating an enabling environment that would facilitate even development of the state and country in general.
