Lithuanian League: Onazi nets debut goal for FL Zalgiris

Former Super Eagles captain, Ogenyi Onazi scored his first league goal for Lithuanian side FK Zalgiris on Friday as they ended a run of 3 games without a win to beat visiting Dainava Alytus 5-1.
Starting his eighth league game for the club since completing his move, the former Lazio man put his side well on course for victory when he headed home inside 15 minutes to make it 1-0.
Francis Kyeremeh then doubled their lead on eight minutes off another assist from Hugo Videmont as the hosts went into the break with a comfortable 2-0 lead.
Paulius Golubicka then missed the chance to pull one back for his side when he missed from 12 yards before Mantas Kuklys made it 3-0 for the host.
Francis Kyeremeh then got his brace three minutes later before Hugo Videmont got rewarded for his hard work when he made it 5-0 but the visitors pulled one back late on to make it 5-1 with Zalgiris returning to winning ways.
The victory puts Onazi and his side in 4th place with 18 points after 9 rounds of matches.
