Alhassan Yusuf will not come face-to-face with Super Eagles winger Henry Onyekuru in next weekโs UEFA Europa League group game as he has yet to recover from a groin injury.
Antwerp midfielder Yusuf told SCORENigeria he has only began rehabilitation following a training ground injury and he does not have a date he will be back in action.
This means he will miss this weekendโs Belgian league game at OH Leuven as well as Thursdayโs trip to Olympiacos, who will likely parade Onyekuru.
Yusuf, 21, signed this summer from Swedish club IFK Goteborg.
The versatile midfielder has made an assist in three league appearances thus far.
