Sadiq Umar scored twice for UD Almeria to shoot to second place in the Spanish Segunda Division on the back of a 4-0 win at Alcoron, at the weekend.
Almeria have now leapt to second place in the standings with 12 points from six matches.
Their Nigeria striker opened scoring in the fifth minute, before he doubled the lead on 16 minutes.
He tucked away a penalty in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper was instead credited with an own goal.
Sadiq has now scored four goals in five matches.
