A member representing Ilorin East and South Federal Constituency who also doubles as Chairman House Committee on National Planning and Economic Development, Hon Abdulganiyu Cook Olododo, is currently in London for Executive Leadership Training course, National Pilot has learnt.
The Executive Training course at Southwark , London is said to beย necessitated by emergence of leadership skills in tandem with the 21st century gazette.
While speaking on this, Hon Olododo described the training as a necessity in relative to the societal demands in the 21st century leaders.
“The training is a leadership development program to improve decision-making and cross functional skills by expanding the understanding of private and public administrative knowledge, global perspective and leadership insight.
“It will aid creation of an agile culture that embrace digital transformation and implementation of strategies that will drive breakthrough innovation of a potentially endowed State and a nation at large and as to develop a personal leadership philosophy and presence that reflects greater confidence and
capabilities in discharging our responsibility as a team players in a nation building, “Olododo said.
Meanwhile, Olododo has kickstartedย his 2021 Constituency projects in a grand style.
The lawmaker is bringing federal government presence to the people of Ilorin East and South federal Constituency. The constituency projects which haveย been described asย overwhelming, cut across nooks and crannies of the constituency
Reacting, the chairman, Aiyegbami Community Development Association, Alh Issa Saliu who led the community emissary in thankful and appreciation call to the Constituency office of Hon Cook Olododo, described the road project in Aiyegbami Community as a daylight dream that has come to pass.
“We are overwhelmedly excited and the road sidelines flagged off eventย is indelible in our memory.ย We appreciate your giant stride and infrastructural gesture towards Aiyegbami Community main road links in Adabiyya and Abayawo in Ilorin west local government.
” You have proven to be a worthy and exceptional leader in many occasions. Prior to your emergence as house of representative member, you were a rallying point who devoted his time to assisting people irrespective of where they came from.ย This you displayed while at the helms council affairs ,as chief of staff and secretary to the state government,” Saliu said.
