Hoodlums on Sunday attacked Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s press crew, wounded a journalist and vandalized the press crew bus.
The press crew had gone with the governor to the Oba’s palace on Lagos Island during the visit of the APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu to Oba Rilwan Akiolu.
The hoodlums suddenly emerged and attacked the press crew bus filled with journalists with dangerous weapons.
Miss Adeola Ogunrinde was attacked and injured on her left eye, which had since been bandaged.
The press crew bus was vandalized as the glasses were shattered.
Members of the press crew scampered for safety in the pandemonium that ensued.
