ERCAAN gets new national officers
Godwin Alenkhe and Omoba Adeyemi Adegoke were at the weekend sworn-in
as National President and National Secretary of the Estate Rent and
Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) alongside other
executives.
Alenkhe is former Chairman of ERCAAN in Lagos State while Omoba
Adeyemi is the immediate past General Secretary of ERCAAN in Kwara
State and the Chief Executive Officer of GPlot Nigeria Limited.
The event which took place at Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital was
preceded by the dissolution of all existing committees, including the
ERCAAN electoral board.
Other activities which took place during the ceremony included, the
appointment of Prince Segun Olaide as the new National Coordinator of
the association, creation of Advisory’ Committee and the induction
ceremony for new members among others.
In his maiden speech after the swearing-in ceremony, the new
President, Alenkhe expressed his profound gratitude to ERCAAN members
nationwide for the success of the election.
He said, “We quite appreciate your patience and prayers towards this
memorable event in the history of this association. The Lord shall
continue to protect you all for your financial, moral and spiritual
support.
“We promise to continue to uphold the constitution of our noble
association in the discharge of our duties. Your advice and
suggestions are very much needed at this critical period of our
administration. We will not derail from our core mandates of making
ERCAAN great again.”
Similarly, Omoba Adegoke promised to work harmoniously with the
President and other members of the executives in order to take the
association to greater heights.
According to him, the new ERCAAN leadership intends to correct some
flawed believes of members of the public about the profession.
The event was largely attended by estate agents and other stakeholders
from across the country.
