The Senate adjourned plenary till September 24 on Tuesday without passing a single bill.
The ninth Senate, which was inaugurated on June 9, based on record, showed that no single bill was passed into first reading.
Unlike the other chamber of the National Assembly, the House of Representatives, which had treated few bills.
Reports has it that the Senators focused attention on sponsoring motions.
