The forum of former members of the Kwara State House of Assembly has expressed sadness over the sudden passing of the wife of Hon. (Chief) Bisi Oloruntoba, Mrs. Racheal Ebun Oloruntoba who died in the early hours of Tuesday, 12 November 2024, following a brief illness.
A statement issued and signed by the forum’s Chairman and Secretary, Hon. (Dr.) Abraham Ashaolu and Hon. Bola Mogaji, respectively, described the exit of Mrs. Racheal Ebun Oloruntoba, as painful.
“We are emotionally touched when the news of the passing of our colleague’s wife, Mrs. Racheal Ebun Oloruntoba was received. It is a huge loss to her immediate family, Allah community, and the entire State, “the statement added.
The ex-parliamentarians, in the statement, described the deceased as a woman of high virtues who dedicated her life to the service of humanity, stressing that she was a cherished member of her church and Allah community in Isin Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The statement urged the family to take solace in the fact that their matriarch lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation.
It prayed God to grant the deceased an eternal rest and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
