Former Nigeria Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, has paid a touching tribute to his late mother, Chief (Mrs.) Florence Morenike Saraki, as the family marks the first anniversary of her Death.
In a solemn message posted on his social media accounts on Tuesday, Saraki reflected on the deep sense of loss that has lingered since her death a year ago.
“Today marks one year since our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Chief (Mrs.) Florence Saraki, passed away,” he wrote.
He described the continued emotional void left by her absence and emphasized how profoundly she is missed.
“Mama, we miss you every single day,” Saraki added, capturing the enduring grief and love the family holds for their matriarch.
He concluded his message with a prayerful wish for her eternal peace: “We pray that you continue to rest peacefully with the angels, in the bosom of your Lord and Creator.”
