Former Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki has applauded the Super Falcons of Nigeria following their triumphant victory at the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), describing the team’s performance as a “mission accomplished.”
In a message shared on his official Facebook page shortly after the final whistle, Saraki praised the Nigerian women’s national team for reclaiming their position at the summit of African football.
“What a match! What a tournament!! Our girls have conquered Africa once again! #MissionX accomplished! Congratulations, Super Falcons! 🇳🇬 We are super proud of you!” Saraki wrote.
