Veteran Nollywood actor, Akin Lewis who made his movie debut in the 70s has disclosed why his marriages in the past ended.
In a recent interview, Akin Lewis stated that his two marriages ended because his ex-wives were greedy and didn’t understand their roles as wives.
When queried on his previous marriages he said,: “You will probably need to ask the women but I think they were just being greedy, they didn’t understand their roles as wives. But if there are other reasons, they will have to explain themselves. That’s what I can say about that. I think they were selfish; they wanted it all and do not understand what it means to be married to somebody like me. He added that what he wanted changed about his past were the failed marriages
“I want them deleted. Yeah, I would like them deleted because it is not funny when you give someone all you have and they take it for granted.”
On his present relationship, he said,”Certainly, I am enjoying it, that I have to keep asking God why He allowed me to wait this long.”
