Customers of Guaranty Trust Bank, Unity branch on Monday were embittered over the delay experienced as a result of a faulty door.
Customers had difficulty gaining entrance and exiting the banking hall as a result of the problem.
Findings by Pilot Business revealed that one out of the three entrance doors was faulty.
Frustrated customers transferred their aggression to security personnel who were there to ensure orderliness and safety as people entered and exited the banking hall as a result of the development.
