Customers lament service delay at First Bank

 

Customers of First Bank, Sawmill area of Ilorin, Kwara State on Monday complained over inadequate staff, which caused delay in carrying out transaction at the bank on Tuesday.

Pilot Business during a visit to the bank at about 3:06pm  observed that there were only two cashiers attending to customers who were on a long queue.

After a long wait, the customers were heard grumbling and complaining about the situation. This development compelled the management to deploy a staff to assist the two cashiers to quicken service delivery.
