Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq will on Saturday in Ilorin, the Kwara State lead a delegation of other top dignitaries to grace a book launch on the improvement of revenue in the state.
The event, which is scheduled to take place at the Nigeria Union Journalists (NUJ) Press Centre, opposite Saint Anthony Secondary School, Offa road will commence 10am prompt.
The launching of book titled “Ways to Achieve Effective Revenue Generation in the Local Government System: Kwara State in perspective”, is authored by a seasoned local government financial administrator, Alhaji Yusuf Abdullahi.
The Governor will be the Special Guest of Honour at the ceremony which is expected to be attended by several eminent personalities from far and near.
Other dignitaries expected at the occasion include the chairman of the occasion Engr Suleiman, Yahaya Alapasanpa, the Chief Launcher is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) ,Yusuf Olaolu Ali, while the book will be reviewed by a Don with the Department of Marketing, University of Ilorin, Dr Ismaila Mustapha Yusuf
The Magaji Are of Ilorin, Alhaji Shuaib Aremu Zubair, is expected to be the Royal Father of the Day.
The event is also expected to attract top discussants and other administrators from the public and private sectors.
