Kwara civil service game has come to stay – Bako
The Tournament Director, third Kwara Civil Service Game, Bako Ibrahim
has describes the ongoing tourney as a huge success as many talents
have been discovered.
He stated this yesterday while answering questions from our reporter
at the Kwara State Stadium Complex, Ilorin.
According to him, the game has come to stay as the third edition of
Kwara Civil Service Game has meet to the purpose it was meant for.
“So far so good, the completion is moving and many talents have been
tapped. The competition has been an eyes opener to civil servant in
the state on the need to keep themselves fit.
“The motive for the game is to have a united and harmonious working
relationship among all the civil servant in the state,” Bako said.
He added that the Kwara State Government has made a financial of 5
million for the game and the Executive Governor of Kwara State,
AbdulRahaman AbdulRazak is expected at the grant final of the week
long competition.
The competition has reach semi final in the football category as SUBEB
defeated TSC 3-2 on penalties to book a place at the semis.
Hos also beats Commerce by 2-1, Statistics defeated Water by 2-1 and
ministry of works beats ministry of culture 1-0.
