Former Nigeria forward Peter Odemwingie hopes to become a football coach in future.
Odemwingie retired from active football in April, 2019 and has already obtained a golf coaching badge.
The 38-year-old is however considering a place in the dugout in the near future.
โIn about three to four years, I would like to become a football coach,โ the former player said in an Instagram live session.
โAt the moment the plan is to spend as much time as possible with my kids. I travelled a lot during my career and didnโt get to spend as much time with them as I would have wanted, but now Iโm enjoying being a dad.
โNow Iโm into golf because that gives me the knowledge about other sports and the knowledge I need about football coaching but for now, Iโm focusing on golf because I have a genuine passion for it.โ
Odemwingie represented Nigeria 63 times and scored 10 goals.
