Bode Saadu-Ilorin Tragedy: Saraki commiserates with victims

Former Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has commiserated with families of people who lost their lives in a ghastly motor accident that occurred on Saturday along Bode-Saadu-Jebba expressway.
Saraki who expressed sadness and grief over the incident also condoled with parents and relatives of students who died in a similar auto crash in Yauri, Kebbi State and prayed for the speedy recovery of those who sustained injures and currently receiving treatment in the hospital.
In a statement by his Press Officer on Home Matters, Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir, made available to National Pilot, Saraki described the two incidents as unfortunate and disheartening and prayed for the repose of the souls of the deceased.
“These two occurrences are unfortunate and extremely disheartening. We share in the grief of the families of the victims and pray that God grant them the fortitude to bear the painful loss,” Saraki noted.
